On Friday, November 21st, the Nakanoshima Qross Future Medical Forum – A new industrial vision led by the international expansion of medical care – will be held at the Qrossover Lounge Yume on the second floor of Nakanoshima Qross.
The 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo will see the participation of 158 countries and regions, with over 25 million visitors, and will see the acceleration of cross-border dialogue and co-creation under the theme of "Designing a Future Society Where Life Shines." Now, collaboration and resonance surrounding "life" is spreading on a global scale, transcending the boundaries of countries and systems.
In Japan, the government is making progress in promoting inbound and outbound medical tourism, creating a strong tailwind for connecting Japanese medical services with the world.
• Promoting Japan's excellent medical technology and services to the world (outbound)*
• Actively accepting patients, human resources, and investment from around the world (inbound)*
(※From the MEJ website)
This forum will bring together leaders from Japan's medical, industrial, and academic fields, including Dr. Kenji Shibuya, Chairman of Medical Excellence JAPAN (MEJ), to discuss how Japan's medical capabilities can be expanded internationally and how they can lead to sustainable industrial growth.
