Announcement of the "Nakanoshima Cross Advanced CDMO Human Resource Development Hub Development Program," which will officially begin in July.

Currently, with the increasing demand for cutting-edge medical products (ATMPs) and technologies such as regenerative medicine, cell therapy, and gene therapy, there is a growing need for "CDMOs (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations)" that are responsible for developing their manufacturing processes and actual production. In Japan, too, the development of specialized CDMO personnel has become an important issue.

Against this backdrop, Nakanoshima Qross established the "Advanced CDMO Human Resource Development Center" as part of the "Nakanoshima Qross Drug Discovery and Commercialization Promotion Program Support Project," which was selected for the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's FY2024 Supplementary Budget Project, "Drug Discovery Cluster Campus Development Project." We are pleased to announce that we will begin offering the "Advanced CDMO Human Resource Development Program" from July 2026.

This program will sequentially offer courses that allow participants to systematically acquire the knowledge and skills essential for work in CDMOs and the fields of regenerative medicine and biopharmaceuticals, from basic principles to practical application. The aim is to cultivate highly skilled professionals who can immediately contribute to the workforce.

Furthermore, this program is open to a wide range of people, including those listed below.

• Individuals working for companies related to regenerative medicine or healthcare professionals
• People working at startup companies in the field of regenerative medicine
・For those seeking employment or career advancement in the fields of CDMO, regenerative medicine, and biotechnology.
・Those who are considering starting a business and want to acquire industry knowledge
・Those who want to understand the overall picture of manufacturing, quality, testing, and development.
- For management personnel who want to systematically understand regenerative medicine.

This course is open to anyone interested in the field of regenerative medicine, not just those mentioned above. The content is designed to be useful for various purposes, from acquiring knowledge directly applicable to practical work to developing new career paths, so please join us.
