[Press Release] The Future Medical Promotion Organization, Osaka Prefecture, Nippon Life Insurance Company, and CIC Japan have signed a memorandum of understanding for four-party cooperation aimed at forming a life science innovation ecosystem.

The Future Medical Promotion Organization (Kita-ku, Osaka; Chairman: Yoshiki Sawa), which operates the International Hub for Future Medical Care "Nakanoshima Qross," has signed a memorandum of understanding with Osaka Prefecture, Nippon Life Insurance Company (President: Satoshi Asahi; hereinafter "Nippon Life"), and CIC Japan LLC (CEO: Denyse Medlenka; hereinafter "CIC") regarding mutual cooperation to support the creation and nurturing of startups in the life sciences field and to form an innovation ecosystem, leveraging the unique characteristics of Nakanoshima Qross.

The signing ceremony for this memorandum of understanding took place on Friday, July 3, 2026, at the conference venue in Hall B of Hall 6 at Intex Osaka, within the "WHX Osaka (World Health Expo Osaka 2026)" venue.
